Ideally, Brakeman shouldn't hang on any files. But I will add this as a workaround.

I definitely agree with that but will be great if you add that feature in a free time ;)
For example I have ~75 files in libs and must skip everything because of one, also have not time currently for debugging why it hangs. In that case skipping single file will be ideally.

Just as a note, Brakeman doesn't really do much with the libs directory at the moment. It was originally added to prevent errors with custom HAML filters.
