implement import about plang HOT 6 CLOSED

Bug

Simple insertion imported fields to a global scope is not the best solution right now.
It can be fixed by adding String with module name to the ScopeField. Without that in a global scope can be two fields from different files but with the same offset, what causes problems.

syntax:

• import Dir1.Dir2.FileName - adds a file to global scope, so names should be unique to not cover-up.
• import quantified Dir1.Dir.2.FileName as Name - adds a file to new scope that can be accessed only by reference to scope name

Move imports from global scope to new scope named imports.

Add searching imports scope when searching in global scope e.g after g|var
