The RayTaskRunner with the ephemeral Ray instance passed with no problems ✅
The main friction point I discovered is documented in #14099 - when pointed towards a remote Ray cluster, there's some missing DX (either a log print or auto importing) that specifies that we need a package on the Ray nodes
