Perhaps add a (yet another) field that's time_limit? which can be [Yes, No, Sometimes].

Time limits are complicated:
- Some places only impose time limits on certain days (e.g. weekends)
- Some places only impose time limits at certain times (e.g. afternoons)
- Some places only impose time limits if it gets "too crowded"
So, what about just keeping it simple for now:
time_limit: true/false
true: there might be a time limit (depending on the time/day/rules)
false: there is never a time limit
I think going into the specific rules for the time limits is too overkill at the moment.
