are going to exist in all extensions and thus probably defined in "groups"

I tried working a bit on this but I'm not sure if it's the right way to do colorschemes. I'm starting to lean towards extension-specific colorschemes, the main drawback of this method is duplication of the colors
dict for similar colorschemes (e.g. separate solarized colorscheme for each extension), but I think the benefits currently outweigh this drawback. Colorschemes have been moved into extension-specific folders in b7ff63c, and I think it corresponds pretty nicely with the theme definitions so I'll leave it as it is for now.

Now we have a problems like #252 (one of the complains). Five (going to be more) colorschemes, each with common colors and with common segments is not fun. I am suggesting the following:
