Documentation improvements about powerline HOT 2 CLOSED

Documentation suggest using

python from powerline.ext.vim import source_plugin; source_plugin()

, but this adds a copy of the directory to sys.path (because plugin does this). It also uses invalid command for sourcing (missing proper escapes, you should use fnameescape()).

It also does not make sense to check for has('python') if you use it this way. I would suggest to create two files: one for direct sourcing that checks for python and appends to sys.path and then sources the second doing the other job, this one will be the only one sourced from source_plugin().
