Registering service worker ES module shinylive-sw.js fails behind authentication about shinylive HOT 3 OPEN

Can you provide example with all the steps you used to produce the bundle? And also if you can put the resulting files in a repo where we can see the files, that would also help us to diagnose it.

To reproduce:

• Use Chrome version 113.0.5672.92 on macOS 13.3.1 (M2)
• In the browser, set a cookie for domain shinylive.io. In this example cookie example_auth_cookie is set to foobar
• navigate to https://shinylive.io/py/examples/#basic-app and hard refresh the page
• Requests for https://shinylive.io/py/shinylive-sw.js does not include cookie example_auth_cookie. All the other requests to shinylive.io do include cookie example_auth_cookie

I'm not yet sure why it's not passing along the cookie.
