If you want to try and get it working using CirrusCI we would be open to consider readding but if it seems overly complicated for us to support where it would impinge on items we consider more pressing then it wouldn't be accepted.
Support is available via Nix and Homebrew. Our suggestion would be to turn your attention to supporting those options for getting ponyc and corral on MacOS for Intel.
I'm going to close this issue as I don't think there is additional conversation to be had on this. If you want to put in work, we would welcome your assistance.
Please note, that homebrew should be a pretty pain-free approach for you as there is already formulae for both ponyc and corral and keeping them up-to-date should be a very easy process for a motivated person.
