We also need to expose our own secret key share: In Parity, we will use that to sign the new block.
Just exposing the secret key share and the public key (and shares) should already be enough. The user can sign both the new block and the new public key with them. We could even do both signatures (the new block by the new key, and the new key by the old key) in one message round.
