Newest version of gms?
My sdk manager said that I am already up-to-date.
compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services:4.3.23'
buildToolsVersion '19.0.3'

Ok, the version of gradle of the BaseGameUtils project I copied was not the most up-to-date.
