Hello,
i solve this by commenting this line
return fs.utimesAsync(file.path, atime, mtime);
in devkit-core/src/build/streams/write-files.js
(It happens only on windows, there is a comment line "// this may fail on windows" in the catch =) )
from devkit-core.
