platformio.ini comes with ambiguous copyright? about platformio-core HOT 5 CLOSED

Just curious, if we create a config manually without using the platformio init task is our config still restricted to this copyright? We are not able to have such a restriction.

I've just removed totally copyright block.

P.S: I'm working on the new version of PlatformIO now. I will release those changes in the 0.9.0 release. This release will have totally refactored PlatformIO with a lot of new features, including "User's own platforms" and etc. If you are interested in it, please contact me via email - I will tell you how to use new version. I would be thankful for it. Need to test it very good.
