I'm not entirely sure this is even supported by Plex itself. If you're logging in with two different usernames and passwords (not using the built in user feature), wouldn't that sort of imply two different servers? -- What I'm getting at is that I think the watched status is really per-server (or client) and not per-user. I could be wrong, I haven't dug too deep into how this portion of the server works yet.

I think for something like this you're better off using PlexPy or similar that is built to track the history of your Plex users by looking at logs. If you really want to track user history without that, try taking a look at the PlexServer.history() function. Just beware that api seems undocumented and doesn't look like it gets much attention from the Plex devs. on my system that api call is quite slow as it has a around 10,000 entries.
