Problem with renderer about pixijs HOT 8 CLOSED

Xampp would solve the issue. It all comes down to your browser version/configuration.

Could you please illustrate how I would solve it with xampp ?
I mean is there some turnaround to be done in xampp in order to operate it locally with no security restrictions with chrome ?

If you are not familiar with any webserver software I recommend you go with the Python's built-in webserver. Instructions can be found from https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/wiki/How-to-run-things-locally#run-local-server
