Hey @drakeballew, instead of promisifying the stream
const pipeline = promisify(stream.pipeline);
Could you try to use the built-in promisified pipeline instead?
import { pipeline } from 'stream/promises'; // Use the built-in promisified pipeline
// ...Other code, then
await pipeline(
got.stream(imageUrl), // Replace with file URL
fs.createWriteStream(filePath)
);

Ah ha! That and some refactoring did the trick. This API was a pain in the butt to get up and running in the first place, glad the fix was so straightforward. Thank you @vunguyenhung!
