Show @tags in output about pickles HOT 6 CLOSED

I did a first version of that in my latest changeset:

• if a scenario does not have tags, there's no change
• if a scenario does have tags, they're rendered between the feature title and the feature description
• Tags on the feature are added to the tags of the scenario
• All tags are sorted alphabetically
• Each tag has its own span to enable more fancy styling

I am getting a couple of small problems with @tags in the HTML documentation using 0.8.61.0 of pickles.

a) "Scenario Outlines" do not show scenario level tags
b) "Scenario"s that follow a "Scenario Outline" seem to inherit the tag(s) that should have gone on the "Scenario Outline"

This seems to be another symptom of a deeper problem in the parser - I created a separate issue for that.

@SimonDexter - I checked in a fix, could you have a look and see whether that solves your problem? If I don't hear from you until Friday 14 December night, I'll close this issue.
