server 404 error about phaser-ce-examples HOT 1 CLOSED

This has to do with a little quirk with the selector (actually it has to do with how the lack-of-version is read from the example URL), as seen by the 'undefined' value in the requested game URL.

It will (should, anyway) correctly load from github after choosing the version from the drop down (note the URL change on the reload); and will load the example's-site phaser version otherwise, as indicate by the console message.

The example games are never pulled from github (only the phaser library is), so if there is an issue with a game/demo that's another problem that needs to be resolved. (It could also just be a game/demo version that is incompatible with the target library..)

I actually have a bunch of updates sitting around locally, some of which fix this issue .. I should look on making a clean PR.
