Would it be possible to include total workflows, like one specific example of how to create an ADSL data-set?
I think this is done somewhere else, but this could be integrated here as well.
from blog.
I think this is the one you are referring to - http://examples.pharmaverse.org/
Those examples take a lot of effort and time to put all those pieces together. I was thinking more of small posts highlighting specific functions that we can produce quickly. However, we could have our smaller posts building into a larger e2e example that we then propose to pharmaverse core team as a potential second e2e example.
Also - we can tag everyone with @pharmaverse/commswg
from blog.
While writing a potential blog post in #2, I found the examples from documentation are already very illustrative themselves, I'm just adding some background info to apply functions in real studies. Maybe this could be one of the directions, where contributors can share how function examples are applied in their work.
@pharmaverse/commswg What do you think of classifying ADaM-related post, e.g., same classification as function reference or something simpler as below:
- variables level (column)
- valuelevel (row)
- general
from blog.
I think having a snippet of when the writer used the function could be nice touch for the blog post. Perhaps that could go in the template?
For classification - for sure on the that!! MAybe sticking with admiral conventions is best, i.e.
- variables level (column) = variable(s)
- valuelevel (row) = observations
