I'm also going to add that this took me maybe ten minutes tops and half of that was just downloading a setup plugin and setting all the databases to utf8mb4. So I totally can do this in the Cake2 version easily.

Don't know why the Akka CKEditor plugin isn't loading up emojione? Reopening for now, as emoji support is meaningless without emoji keyboards.

The emojis are not actually populating on the keyboard, when the emoji icon is clicked. The emojis are kept in a CDN to be accessed via css when the time comes to use the keyboard, but for whatever reason they aren't even populating. Everything is being loaded as per the readme files for ckeditor, emojione, and the ckeditor-emojione crossover plugin.
