OAuth was invalid, not starting TMI (Chat) about phantombot HOT 2 OPEN

Ok I got passed that, I now get the following error:

1. Timezone in botlogin.txt is invalid. See the TZ identifier column at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones for valid timezone names
2. Need to go back to OAuth page and do the Broadcaster authorization
