References to /data2 directory about flock HOT 3 OPEN

Did you add "TARGET_ROOT" to your ~/.clusterui.config file? That should
let you override where runs get written to.

Is that different from the "run_dir" under the plugin section for installWingmanService in the starcluster config?

(I should rename the option from TARGET_DIR to RUN_DIR really)
