you say "download", did you clone the repo? The pip version is way out of date, but changes have been happening quickly recently and I've not been updating PyPi

No, I didn't have any opportunity to run the code correctly, after that I decided to implement my system with control.matlab library.
although I step forward a little by my code, but your code would throw me several steps forward.
I will do a git pull and report the result in days forward.
