after going through how interactive jobs work and then leaving an exercise on batch jobs to the learners, there was some confusion. Perhaps have two exercises, one on interactive and one on batch jobs, along with clear instructions about the difference (e.g. a callout block)

1. Börja gärna med Introt (overview, HPC, Allocations) följt av sessionen med linux shell commands med TKL.
2. Rast.
3. Fortsätt nu med de olika sektionerna och deras övningar

Varje sektion hade kunnat ha en sammanfattning där ni summerar de olika detaljerna.
Precis som du nämnde, kanske ha en timme innan för de som vill ha hjälp med att sätta upp inlogging etc så att när det väl är dags för föreläsning så är det bara att sätta igång
Just some thoughts.. annars var materialet väl strukturerat tycker jag.. om än dock aningens tidspressat kanske 🙂

gcc/7.2.0 doesn't work with cuda/7.0 (or any other cuda module), but gcc/6.2 works with cuda/9.1
