Looks like the same problem reported at faylang/fay#344 *. I'm waiting for confirmation but I think our use case is fixed by putting our parser for arguments Just (metavar "<hs-file>...") last, seems like that lets us do fay --foo bar <hsfile> and fay <hsfile> --foo bar.

It seems I only have tests where arguments come last, and I didn't realise that my code only works in that case. As a workaround, before I release a fix, put your argument parsers last and everything should work as expected.
