double picture about mantisbt-pastezone HOT 1 OPEN

I have seen this behavior as well. It's because mantis now supports pasting to dropzone without needing a plugin. I don't love the way they set it up, but if you ctrl-v in the 'note' section it will populate in dropzone. There's no right-click paste like you get with pastezone. I've been working on editing pastezone. It's really not necessary for firefox or chrome but I'm working on adding ie11 compatibility (it's a work/legacy thing, don't ask). So I still have pastezone's 'paste here' section but when in chrome or firefox it doesn't do anything. Specifically, pastezone doesn't do anything, mantis still picks up the paste event and adds the file to dropzone.
