Merging does not work when waiting for circleci even if I set retries options about automerge-action HOT 2 CLOSED

The error message is coming from this code (from merge.js)

So the error Required status check "test_and_push" is expected. is not coming from the automerge-action but it's actually the error message that GH's API returned.

I'm afraid that it's an issue with GH, not with this action!
