Do you mean how to deploy the sudo pallet to your relay runtime?
You can use rococo as example

polkadot/runtime/rococo/src/lib.rs

Lines 1358 to 1362 in e0ed7e8

impl pallet_sudo::Config for Runtime {

Just search for "sudo". The deployment is identical to how any other pallet is deployed to the runtime.
