The term pull was because of the command mcmcan pull actually, but it would make sense to change it to something like mcman sync too

A way to sync the whitelist to config/ would definitely be good. A merge would be more appropriate though, because changes may also happen to config/whitelist.json.
Also, I don’t think autopull is the right name for this. Pull refers to pulling something from
the internet, eg. a pulling new updates automatically.
I propose “automerge” or “sync_changes”.
