Deliverable D10.1 POPD Requirement about panosc HOT 2 CLOSED

our question: this D10.1 is a standard provision for dealing properly with personal data according to the GDPR and applicable national legislation.

D10.1 is not really a “deliverable” in the sense that the project is required to keep certain documents on file, that is: for the whole duration of the project and beyond.

What does this “beyond” mean? I would say according to article 18.1.1, without prejudgment to requirements that you find in the GDPR and/or national privacy legislation.

In order to be on the safe side you could keep until 5 years after the project (in case of auditing).

NB: the requirements pertain to all partners in PaNOSC. (for instance, partner Y may organise a workshop collecting and processing personal data of participants)
I suggest that you play your role as project coordinator here and keep the required documents on file on behalf of partners (as applicable).

What kind of “deliverable” should you submit?
I suggest that you submit a document stating that the project (i.e all partners) complies with all the requirements listed and will continue to do so until date DD/MM/YYYY.
