i think i fixed the problem just by changing the network

I tried updating to Node v18.15.0 but it still doesn't work.
To which version did you update it?

I posted this issue on the refine repository and was suggested a solution that worked for me.
It was to use pnpm instead of npm. Apparently, SAO doesn't tolerate unstable connections but pnpm is more resilient and keeps. Also try to use the most stable connection you can get.
