Allow pagebreaks to be included when converting to Markdown about pagebreak HOT 2 CLOSED

This would require changes in the way pandoc handles docx input, which is not likely to happen (not soon, at least).

@tbdalgaard I didn't see this issue before as I wasn't subscribed to issues. I have been up against this and what I did was to open the docx file in LibreOffice and use its search/replace to insert a character — I used a Unicode arrow character but any character or sequence of characters not otherwise present in the file will do — before every manual pagebreak, then after conversion to Markdown I replaced all occurrences of the character with the appropriate raw LaTeX.
