Final implementation of new custom Inventory about steamaccountroboticassistant HOT 2 OPEN

Took a lot of effort to build this inventory, but currently a lot of other stuff is more important and this custom design would need a lot of future development. It was just a wish of mine to make the inventory more performant, sadly it isn't easy to implement and every update VALVe pushes would break it completely.

• implementation can only happen partially (753)
• I need an approach to inject SARA's JS before Steam loads data besides stylesheets
• same goes for stylesheets and other stuff
• the whole approach seems to be better to be moved into a whole new extension or at least repo
• the current inventory-implementation needs to be overhauled first (buddy multi-selection)
