One of the goals of Padlock is to offer the most essential functionality while keeping complexity to a minimum. On the one hand, this is to ensure that the project stays maintainable (currently Padlock is being maintained by a single person). On the other hand, we're trying to keep the user experience as simple as possible. Adding password sharing would add a whole world of complexity and so I'm afraid this is currently not something that we can (or want to) tackle. Additionally, Padlock tries to keep the exposure of a users data towards the cloud to an absolute minimum. Currently, the only thing that Padlock Cloud is storing is the users email address and an encrypted blob of his data. For the time being, we'd like it to stay that way.
