ImportError: No module named djcelery (yet pip install says it is there) about lernanta HOT 5 CLOSED

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'djcelery'

How do I debug this error?

djcelery is tinstalled by running 'pip install django-celery' as is part of the requirements listed on https://github.com/p2pu/lernanta/blob/master/lernanta/requirements/prod.txt

You maybe have it on your virtual environment but you should'nt be running the usual python shell

Try:

python manage.py shell

and there import djcelery

also try pip install django-celery to confirm you have it in the virtual env.

As celery docs clearly state you have to first migrate using python manage.py migrate djcelery
