I have pushed the changes to develop branch. You can use the version 1.2.0 for testing. Will release once it is stable. Since the previous code was mostly based on the selectedDateItem which was used widely in most of the logical scenarios, I feel its better to go slow on this release. Don't want the existing functionality to break.

calendarView.setDisableAutoDateSelection(true); in onMonthChange.

@alex-marochko It should work even if you put it initially or inside the xml. If not then it might be a bug.
