Avoid word in Elements, avoid word pair, and contractions about dim HOT 5 CLOSED

Solved the contractions part - we escape now ' if found in parameter values when we generate the Schematron rules.

I am involved on the same project as Melanie. Thank you for having a look at these issues. I have done some testing this morning on these updates.

The contractions update works. I can make rules for don't, doesn't etc.

The targeting of phrases like "pull up" also appears to be working. I have made rules for phrases like "log on", "sign on", etc and this appears to be working.

Your tip on separating elements with "|" also seems to be working.
