someone forgot add a configuration file to repo

Yeah I saw that the config was missing just make a file in /server/ called config.yml with this content https://github.com/huytd/agar.io-clone/blob/7c872f2f8d3d6285d1ec92b6baedd39725255a86/server/config.dist.yml

no, the config.dist was renamed to config.yml by npm
