The first reason why this is happening is because the tables contain a lot of data so when they are displayed in smaller screens - the user would have to scroll far to get to the relevant information.
The second reason is that the way some examples are configured does not allow them to fit nicely into a small screen, therefore the only solution would be to use different configuration which would not stay true to some examples, hence we chose to not display them for consistency.
Nevertheless the official website homepage displays an example table for all dimensions.
