Reconsider: should document body be `(listof xexpr?)` about punct HOT 1 CLOSED

OK, I did think of a possible downside. The idiomatic way to translate a Punct document into a target format is to write a renderer class (example). When doing this, it might feel silly for, e.g., the class’s render-heading function to have the heading level passed in as a string.

If I wanted to guide people more forcibly to using renderers, it might be better for Punct’s document to actually retain commonmark’s struct approach and produce document-body as a (listof block?) rather than as a weirdly non-txexpr symbolic list.
