How do you imagine the query to look like?

It could just be what it's right now, atm we get 2 options when we use base [CODE] and instead of the 2 results it could be up to 4 results, afterwards we just have to pick the right choice.

Otherwise my second suggestion would be a number of how many times it has to be done, base2, base3 ,base4? Still like the first option more because of the simplicity.

Does Flow launcher allow multiple prefixes for a plugin?

I'm not sure but if you don't know about it that will probably be a no, I also haven't encountered it once before with any plugins.
So maybe just "base" as it already is and giving more results if possible that just decodes further down the line, I'm not really a developer so I'm not that helpful..

I can add a plugin option to also show it in the query result if you use the query prefix base and an option to "base64 decode until not possible"
