Make editor work in IE9 about epiceditor HOT 4 CLOSED

One issue is that the utilbar goes away when hovering cc: @dadambickford

One possible fix is for us to use mouseenter and mouseleave on supported browsers (IE is one) and itll work like :hover.

Looks like all the issues spawn from this error:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'epiceditor': object is null or undefined 
epiceditor.js, line 619 character 5

It's saying this line:

var s = JSON.parse(localStorage['epiceditor']);

from epiceditor.

Disregard the comment above about the localStorage stuff. It seems this has to do with #10 not really a bug.

Along with the the utilbar going away while hovering, the other issue i see is that preview mode doesn't fill up the editor area.

I've made a label now for the rest of the IE9 stuff since it's officially working fine, just some minor cosmetic stuff.
