I figured out the sql statement that I needed,
"where"=>"inspection_date = CURDATE()&&assigned = '0'" ,
I just need to fix the widths of the table so that they don't cut off the description of data within them.

Yep its just a string for the entire where clause.
Just add to do widths
from openjs-grid.
