Since right now users are 99% of the time only caring about 1 cluster (i.e. the Zero cluster), we should just remove the field for which clusters users need to deploy to on the Onboarding Cluster
issue templates.

For the Readme in the support repo, we would like to make it more general to Operate-First Org. and not just odh specific:
Things we should update:
- Link to all onboarding templates
- Link to available environments
- Listing of the managed services, with "nice urls" (e.g. managed odh/kubeflow/argocd)
- links to further docs for each service
- Move ODH component status to separate markdown (can be linked from the readme)
- Make a similar doc for component status for kubeflow
- Move "Authenticate via Openshift" section to the moc onboarding document
- Update chat room to point to slack support channel

Closing out this issue. The changes linked I think greatly improves on the points mentioned. We'll continue to iterate on this as time goes on.
