There's no really elegant way to accomplish this

To get the list of installed packages from a repo I'd use zypper se -i -r devel:python while the devel:python repo is still enabled. To re-install them, I'd try to disable devel:python and do zypper in --force <list of packages>.

Most conflicts reported will be about allowing to change the package vendor from devel:python to openSUSE (or where else the new package comes from).

In case there are packages installed from devel:python which are not available in any other repo, the solver may either suggest to remove them (if involved in a conflict) or they may simply stay on the system. You can re-enable devel:python and search, if you want to delete them too.
