After crash zypper informs THAT packages were not installed, but not HOW it can be done about zypper HOT 4 CLOSED

Do you refer to this kind of list?

This list contains packages which violate one or more policies; e.g. packages where the update comes from a different vendor. At the commit prompt press d - Toggle between showing all details and as few details as possible.,. In the detailed list you will detect the reason (here the vendor string changed from SuSETools to obs://build.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Tools):

    20140220-170.1  noarch  SuSETools        obs://build.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Tools   

(if the output scrolls off you screen press g - View the summary in pager.)

If you want to update those packages, explicitly call zypper up <packagename>.

No, I mean a crash during zypper update, i.e. package installation error (don't know how to reproduce exactly), causes a message (like above) which I suggest to improve at the next invokation of zypper update.

Sorry, but that's too little information.
The next time it occurs, please save the zypper log file /var/log/zypper.log; open a bug at https://bugzilla.novell.com and attach the logfile. This will help me to understand what exactly is happening. If possible, also copy the message zypper prints into the bugreport.
