When you're collecting together the syntheses for the arylpyroles @alintheopen , could you collect the compound codes for the final CDRI compound and the intermediates for which we need more data, together with the relevant lab book URLs? I can do this, but if you're going through in any case... ;) I'll then forward to Sanjay.

Structure for final compound is:

This compound is SBBH-1-20 (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/e1). Soumya needs to clarify which isomer was sent for testing. Also, not immediately clear whether SBBH-1-22 (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/e3) was tested, seems odd if not.
Working backwards, aldehyde precursor is SBBH-1-14 (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/c70) [not SBBH-1-11 as reported (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/b3)] and thioimidazole is SBBH-1-7 (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/a5).
Ester SM is SBBH-1-11 (http://malaria.ourexperiment.org/uri/b3) made from commercial SM.
More data needs to be uploaded to the ELN, or if not possible raw data sent to us so I can upload through experimental procedures section. There are a number of other compounds that look like they should have been tested so could be good to ask about these too.
