This seems to be a security plugin issue. @opensearch-project/admin can you reroute this to the dashboards security repo?

The problem begins when I shut down a node. At that point Dashboards stops working properly and I get kicked to the login page, and it fails to login every time.

@gpedras This sounds like more of a support request, for the security plugin we steer folks to https://forum.opensearch.org/ so the answers are more searchable from web browsers, I'm going to close this issue. Could you create a thread about the problem you are running into and post a comment on this closed issue with a link back to your forum post?
