用 Salt 的话，对于新用户来说还是有一定的学习成本的，或许 Ansible 会是一个更好的方案。

Docker 解决的不是 provisioning 的问题。Ansible 可以考虑。我对 Ansible 和 Saltstack 都不太了解，但是我身边几个做 python 的同学都在用 Saltstack 所以我才这样建议。最好是有点经验的朋友先弄一个可用的方案出来，我们跟上。用哪个工具我不是太在意。
