I would like to have this feature in the emulator! There are
numerous MSX Emulators, even the official emulator MSX
Player, but no one have Sunrise IDE emulation and netplay
capability!!!

I consider netplay capability a feature unique, that doesn't
have any other emulator. I would be great if it can be
implemented.

Regards

I see two options:

  • running 1 openmsx with 2 displays, one of which could be a
remote one (at least on Unix/X)
this would 'only' involve instatiating 2 renderers (and 2
audio players). Biggest problem when one of the displays is
a remote display: lag! lots of lag! :-(
  • running 2 openmsx-es with the same config and trying to
    keep them in sync
I have no idea how heavy the network load would become,

Advantage is that the 2 openmsxes could even run on
different platforms. But again: how big wil hte network lag be?
