Make TConstruct smeltery controller to work as tank about openperipheral HOT 3 CLOSED

As it currently stands the tank and inventory handlers are generic, so if the smeltery controller is not supplying you with tank methods then TC clearly doesn't have that info in the smeltery (which makes sense, I know how it'd be done) I was considering the other week in grabbing the TC API and seeing what I can gather from it and/or adding as much support as I could think of.
I'll take a look into this today/tomorrow unless someone else beats me to it.

If you do it, can you check how exactly faucets works with redstone signals? I tried to automate them with redstone signals, but i had an issue with timing the gap between signals and signal length. Simple buttons causes same problems (faucet getting closed unexpectedly, molten stuff vanishes from casting basin/table, etc.), so I do not think there is a problem about my code. I checked TC API, but I know too few about these things to figure out.
